Congressman was almost victim of abortion - Representative Marlin Stutzman (R-IN) recently learned that his then 17-year-old mother nearly aborted him in 1975, when after her house burned she was homeless and alone. Retired General fights for religious freedom in military - Retired Lt. General William Boykin is calling upon citizens to rally in defense of religious liberty within the U.S. Armed Forces. Boykin warns that there is a concerted effort to silence Christians and prevent them from sharing or openly practicing their faith in the military. Read more
Domestic Servitude by Saudi diplomats - Since the initial reports of two domestic slaves being rescued from a home owned by the Saudi government and located in McLean, Virginia, the State Department and the Saudis have been silent. Neither the Saudi Ambassador nor the State Department would reveal the names of the Saudi officials living in the home; however, local records indicate that the most probable resident may be the Saudi Embassy defense attaché, Brig. Germany: Paying for Muslim polygamy - In an amazing expose on German television (English subtitles) the explosion of polygamy in Germany is exposed. Because of the generous German welfare system, even an unemployed Muslim man can afford more than one wife. Read more
Thailand: Killing kids for Islam - Killing a Buddhist three-year-old is just as much fun for Islamists as killing Christians and Jews. Some brave Muslims attacked unarmed people in a grocery store in Thailand, killing six including a toddler just starting out his life. Read more

An invitation to Washington for talks has been extended to Nafie Ali Nafie, a senior adviser to Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir who is under indictment by the International Criminal Court for crimes against humanity (which by law prohibits his travel to the United States). "Such a meeting in Washington is an extraordinary reward to a regime that is guilty of serial genocide," writes analyst Eric Reeves. Read more

Congressman supports National Day of Prayer - Congressman Roger Aderholt (R-AL) has taken on the task of supporting the National Day of Prayer in the nation's Capitol. Again this year he arranged for the Cannon Caucus Room to be used for the national event led by Shirley Dobson and Yvette Bright. Read more Congressman Frank Wolf also spoke at the event, highlighting the persecution of Christians worldwide.

Admiral defies Obama, vows to share faith - Rear Admiral William D. Lee vowed to continue to share his Christian faith at the National Day of Prayer observance on Capitol Hill this week. The Admiral spoke 'from the heart,' pledging not to back down from "my right under the Constitution to tell a young man that there is hope." Read more
Saudi diplomat in USA holding slaves? - Two women were rescued from a Saudi diplomat's home after it was raided for human trafficking. The home in northern Virginia is owned by the Saudi Arabian government. Customs Enforcement spokesman Brandon Montgomery said the women - who are from the Philippines - were possible victims of domestic servitude. Read more

Syria: US and EU funded jihadists kidnap Bishops - Bishop Boulos Yazigi of the Greek Orthodox Church and Bishop John Ibrahim of the Assyrian Orthodox Church were abducted on Monday, April 22nd, while traveling outside Aleppo. Gunmen pulled them from their car and shot and killed their driver. Read more

Thailand: More die in under-reported Muslim war - Muslim insurgents shot dead six people, including a three-year-old boy, in a Buddhist convenience store in southern Thailand. The attack took place on Wednesday when four gunmen on motorcycles pulled up at the store in Pattani province. Read more
China: - 21 dead in Muslim terror attack - The Chinese don't want many details known because 15 police were killed in attacks by Muslim separatists in western China. The area borders Pakistan, a nation which exports Islamic terror. Read more

Obama's FBI not allowed to ask if terrorist is a Muslim - The reason the FBI could not make a "determination" as to Tamerlan Tsarnaev being a threat, can be summed up in this one directive: "Training must emphasize that no investigative or intelligence collection activity may be based solely on race, ethnicity, national origin, or religious affiliation." No remembrance of genocide - The White House made no statement on the 98th anniversary of the murder of four million Christians by the Turkish government. A 1918 film has been found concerning the genocide of the Armenian Christians - including crucifixions. Read more

Congressman questions Saudis - Congressman Steve Stockman (R-TX) has written a stern letter to the Saudi Arabian ambassador to the United States requesting information on the Ethiopian Christians who were arrested in February for praying in a private home.
Congressman exposes plight of Middle Easter Christians - U.S. Congressman Frank Wolf (R-Va.) recently traveled to the Middle East and met with Syrian refugees in an urgent attempt to bring attention to this situation and spur U.S. policymakers to action. During his visit, Congressman Wolf confirmed the true plight of Christians. Read more

Indonesia: Behead three Christian girls and get set free - The Indonesian Muslim terrorist who beheaded 3 Christian girls as a "Ramadan Present" was allowed out of jail to "visit" his ill wife and, of course, vanished. This is in "moderate" Indonesia. Read more

MUSLIM KILLERS CAUGHT IN BOSTON - One Muslim Chechen is dead, and his brother captured. Many members of the liberal media expressed disbelief that Muslims could be involved and until the proof was at their door insisted that the Tea Party of Christian "right-wingers" were somehow involved.

The Presidency
Boston terror but Ft. Hood not terror - Under immediate criticism for not saying that the Boston Marathon bombing was terror related, President Obama's spokesman said that yes indeed, it was terror. However the killing of 19 at Ft. Hood by Nidal Hasan while he shouted Allah Akbar, is still "workplace violence." Because the Boston bombing occurred on Tax Day, perhaps Obama thought it was not Muslim related and he was safe to call it "terror."
Congress
Poison attack on Capitol Hill - A letter containing ricin, a deadly poison, was sent to Senator Wicker's office by a deranged Elvis impersonator who is now under arrest. In addition, security was very tight because of the Boston bombing by Muslims, to the point of outdoor trash cans being turned upside down.

Media see no Muslin evil - The Western media would go berserk if a well known American Christian leader would suggest that the Catholics should have the White House, the Baptists the Congress, The Methodists the police and the Pentecostals the Army. Yet there is no reaction in the press to one of the leading Islamic scholars in Egypt stating which branch of Islam should run which branch of government. Read more
YouTube see no Muslim evil - During 2012, numerous YouTube pages posted installments from a series of detailed video lessons produced by the military wing of Hamas, the 'Izz Al-Din Al-Qassam Brigades. Most of the videos are about half an hour long, and demonstrate bomb-making and using various weapons. Read more
Media ignores Muslim attack - Media hides fact that attacker at an Ohio church who killed one person was a Muslim shouting "Allah," while holding a Koran. Read more

Somalia: Convert from Islam tortured - Muslim militants still controlling part of the Lower Shebelle Region of Somalia have jailed and tortured a Christian for converting from Islam. Read more
Egypt: Christians attacked by Muslims are arrested - Four Coptic Christian men who were in St. Mark's Cathedral when it was attacked by an angry Muslim mob last week have been jailed, though they were innocent Christian rights activists. Read more
Jordan: Horrific "honor" killing - Jordanian police reported an apparent "honor killing" Sunday after finding the burned body of a pregnant woman whose throat had been slit and abdomen cut open to expose the fetus. Read more
Jewish activist warns of Christian persecution - A Jewish political activist warns Christians are endangered in majority Islamic areas and asks the question, "Why is the West so shamefully silent in the face of the onslaught against Christian peoples and communities throughout the Islamic realm?" Obama's Army: Catholics and Evangelicals are extremists - A U.S. Army training instructor listed Evangelical Christianity and Catholicism as examples of religious extremism along with Al-Qaeda and Hamas, during a briefing with an Army Reserve unit based in Pennsylvania, Fox News has learned. Read more 
Obama silent on Islamist killings - A Pakistani grocer running on a secularist party ticket has been shot dead in a drive-by killing in the southern city of Hyderabad. No comment from President Obama. There was also no comment from him on the killings of Coptic Christians in Egypt or the 80 Christians killed on Easter in Nigeria. It seems that any killings of Christians or secularists by Muslims will not be criticized by this White House.
Obama Spending: Economics is not normally the subject of this update, but I was stunned to learn that in 2010 the net spending at all levels of government - including Federal, State and municipal - amounted to $5.94 trillion. Divided among the 118,682,000 households in the United States, that comes to $50,074 per household. The median household income in 2010 was $49,445. This means that government spends more per family than a family on average earns. Read more

AP and other media shield serial killer - U.S. Congressman Marlin Stutzman spoke on the House floor this afternoon to call attention to the horrific crimes of Kermit Gosnell, an abortionist in West Philadelphia being tried for the deaths of seven newborn babies and one adult woman. Read more

SYRIA: Islamists take over Golan Heights - The Syrian government has withdrawn large numbers of troops from the Golan Heights, leaving the area under the control of armed Islamist groups threatening Israel. Read more
EGYPT: Christian mourners attacked - Coptic Christians attending a funeral service at St. Marks Cathedral in Cairo for four Copts killed two days earlier in an anti-Christian rampage, were attacked themselves by at least 200 Muslim rioters. Instead of protecting the Christians, police joined the rioters. Read more

Indonesia: Muslim mob destroys church - Muslim persecution of Christians in West Java has been intensifying in recent months, culminating in the destruction of a church by a Muslim mob with the collusion of the local authorities. Read more

Obama Air Force awards bronze star for politically correct PowerPoint - An Air Force chaplain has been awarded a Bronze Star for his service in crafting an especially good PowerPoint about how to treat Islamic religious materials with sensitivity. The Air Force claims that by teaching Air force personnel to revere Islamic writings, he saved lives. NO - this is not a joke. Read more
Obama State Department wants more Muslims in USA - Better educated Muslims are more likely to be members of terrorists groups, a recent study shows. Therefore, the State Department plans to end terror by bringing more Muslims to the USA to take college spots away from Americans. Program in "high gear." Read more
Obama Arab Spring in Tunisia a new nightmare - The first "Arab Spring" nation, Tunisia, has become a haven for jihadists including many members of Al-Qaeda. Even Huffington Post is reporting the failure of the "Arab Spring" in Tunisia. "Democratic Islamic" is an oxymoron. Read more

Congress in recess - Both the House and Senate are on a two week "District Work" break. While many Senators can take time off to bask in the sun somewhere, members of the House actually have to return to their districts and meet with constituents. All have offices in their districts. Congress will reconvene on April 9th. See House Calendar
No tax dollars for jihadists - The Religious Freedom Coalition has begun an online petition asking congressmen to speak out against any funding, military or otherwise, to jihadists anywhere in the world. The petition comes at a time the Obama Administration is furnishing CIA help as well as cash and "humanitarian" aid to jihadists fighting the secular government of Syria. Nigeria: Easter attacks kill 80 Christians - Nigerian Christians appealed for prayers Tuesday, April 2, after Easter season violence in troubled central Nigeria left as many as 80 people dead and displaced some 4,500 others. Read more
Pakistan: Muslim mob attacks Christians - Incited by calls from mosque loudspeakers, a Muslim mob attacked a Christian neighborhood in Gujranwala today, injuring at least five Christians, damaging churches and destroying dozens of shops and vehicles. Read more
Bangladesh: Christian children rescued from Islamic training centers disappear again - Eleven of the sixteen Christian children who were rescued from Muslim traffickers in Dhaka, Bangladesh on January 2 have again gone missing. Sources in the Christian community, as well as reports in local newspapers, report that they believe the children were re-trafficked and taken to madrassas, Islamic training centers, where they will likely be forced to convert to Islam and study the Quran. Germany: Muslims want official holidays - The Central Council of Muslims in Germany proposed that federal authorities formalize two Islamic holidays as official holidays. This is not shocking news, as in some areas Muslims already have that right.
United Nations: Obsessed with Israel - In the last few decades the United Nations has been obsessed with one country. More resolutions are passed against Israel than all other nations combined. Read more

Obama's "free Syria" covers young girls in black- Girls are covered from head to foot in schools in the "liberated" part of Syria. This curse on the women of Syria is brought to you by President Barack Obama and his main supporter in the destruction of secular states in the Middle East, Senator John McCain. Under the Assad "regime" wearing coverings to a public school was against the law. In the "new" Syria it is mandatory. Obama's "Arab Spring" Tunisia: "Stone her to death" - A Tunisian preacher is demanding that a protester, 19, be executed for posting her topless pictures on Facebook with an anti-Islamic slogan on her chest. To avoid arrest her parents have apparently placed her in a mental institution. Read more

A former Army soldier from Phoenix who joined rebels fighting the Syrian government and boasted to FoxNews.com of his exploits as a Muslim soldier of fortune earlier this month was arrested Wednesday in Virginia and could face life in prison. WHY? This man was fighting for the terrorists our government supports to overthrow the secular government of Syria and install an Islamist regime. Read more

Sudan: Muslim government bombs Christians - The Sudanese government's bombing of predominantly Christian, ethnic Nuba civilians in South Kordofan state has taken more lives the first three months of this year. Read more
Libya: American arrested for "proselytizing" - Two years after the U.S. government first militarily intervened in Libya to advance the cause of Libyan revolutionaries, the new Islamist Libyan government has arrested a U.S. citizen for allegedly "proselytizing" Christianity in Benghazi.
