Obama embracing jihadists worldwide? - A growing body of evidence suggests the Obama administration is siding with radical Islamists around the world. An invitation to Washington for talks has been extended to Nafie Ali Nafie, a senior adviser to Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir who is under indictment by the International Criminal Court for crimes against humanity (which by law prohibits his travel to the United States). "Such a meeting in Washington is an extraordinary reward to a regime that is guilty of serial genocide," writes analyst Eric Reeves. Read more
Obama Pentagon advisor's hate speech - "We face incredibly well-funded gangs of fundamentalist Christian monsters who terrorize their fellow Americans by forcing their weaponized and twisted version of Christianity upon their helpless subordinates in our nation's armed forces." Read more
Obama asks God to bless abortionists - Barack Obama was the first president ever to speak at a Planned Parenthood event, so it perhaps should not be shocking that when to took the stage he asked God to bless abortionists who kill the most helpless and innocent among us. Read more
Congress
Congressman supports National Day of Prayer - Congressman Roger Aderholt (R-AL) has taken on the task of supporting the National Day of Prayer in the nation's Capitol. Again this year he arranged for the Cannon Caucus Room to be used for the national event led by Shirley Dobson and Yvette Bright. Read more Congressman Frank Wolf also spoke at the event, highlighting the persecution of Christians worldwide.
No tax dollars for jihadists - The Religious Freedom Coalition has begun an online petition asking congressmen to speak out against any funding, military or otherwise, to jihadists anywhere in the world. The petition comes at a time the Obama Administration is furnishing help from the CIA, as well as cash and "humanitarian" aid, to jihadists fighting the secular government of Syria. Admiral defies Obama, vows to share faith - Rear Admiral William D. Lee vowed to continue to share his Christian faith at the National Day of Prayer observance on Capitol Hill this week. The Admiral spoke 'from the heart,' pledging not to back down from "my right under the Constitution to tell a young man that there is hope." Read more
Saudi diplomat in USA holding slaves? - Two women were rescued from a Saudi diplomat's home after it was raided for human trafficking. The home in northern Virginia is owned by the Saudi Arabian government. Customs Enforcement spokesman Brandon Montgomery said the women - who are from the Philippines - were possible victims of domestic servitude. Read more

Syria: US and EU funded jihadists kidnap Bishops - Bishop Boulos Yazigi of the Greek Orthodox Church and Bishop John Ibrahim of the Assyrian Orthodox Church were abducted on Monday, April 22nd, while traveling outside Aleppo. Gunmen pulled them from their car and shot and killed their driver. Read more

Thailand: More die in under-reported Muslim war - Muslim insurgents shot dead six people, including a three-year-old boy, in a Buddhist convenience store in southern Thailand. The attack took place on Wednesday when four gunmen on motorcycles pulled up at the store in Pattani province. Read more
China: - 21 dead in Muslim terror attack - The Chinese don't want many details known because 15 police were killed in attacks by Muslim separatists in western China. The area borders Pakistan, a nation which exports Islamic terror. Read more

PRESIDENCY 

OBAMA IGNORES GENOCIDE - Intelligence agencies have furnished compelling information to President Barrack Obama that the Muslim government of the Sudan is killing thousands of Christians in the Nuba Mountains. Mass murdering dictator Omar Hassan al-Bashir is moving 14 trucks loaded with chemical weapons to the Nuba Mountains in preparation for mass murder. Al-Bashir was charged with genocide by an international tribunal because of his actions in Darfur where he killed other Muslims, but Europe and the United States do not seem to have a problem when the victims of mass murder are Christians. Obama, who has supported the "Arab Spring" in Egypt, Libya and elsewhere, does not seem bothered by the wholesale murder of Christians in Africa.

NO "HOSTILITIES" IN LIBYA? - The daily bombings of Tripoli by our military, the attacks on the Libyan army and the tens of millions of dollars spent on munitions do not constitute "hostilities" and as a result, says President Obama, he does not have to seek authority to continue the war there under the War Powers Act. "It's bizarre that the administration has sent over a letter yesterday referring to the fact that we're not involved in hostilities in Libya," Senator Corker, (R-TN), said on the Senate floor. "I mean it's really totally bizarre when you look at what's going on right now in the air in Libya right now." Senator McCain, (R-AZ)., called yesterday's report from the administration a "confusing breach of common sense," and a "puzzling assertion." Senator Corker and Senator Jim Webb, (D-VA) introduced a bill requiring a "detailed justification" of the US operation in Libya from the administration. Even Democrats are astonished at Obama's disregard for Congressional oversight.

THE CONGRESS 

INTERSTATE ABORTION BAN - CIANA, the Child Interstate Abortion Notification Act, would prohibit a person who is not a parent knowingly taking a minor across state lines with the intent of obtaining an abortion, if it evades a parental involvement law in the minor's home state. CIANA also requires abortionists to notify parents at least 24 hours before performing an abortion on an out-of-state minor. The bill in the past has been introduced in both the House and Senate, but has failed under Democrat leaders. Senators Orrin Hatch (R-UT) and Marco Rubio (R-FL) are sponsoring the bill in the Senate. Although the bill will no be filed until June 21, please contact your Senators now and ask them to co-sponsor CIANA.

BLOCK PRO-ABORTION JUDGE - Both Republican Senators from Kansas, Pat Roberts and Jerry Moran, oppose the nomination of Steve Six by President Obama to the U.S. Court of Appeals. Pro-abortion former Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius appointed Six to district judge in 2005, and then appointed him as a replacement state Attorney General in 2007. During his time as Attorney General, rather than enforcing laws against late term abortions, Six actually assisted abortionists. Read the details at Kansans for Life. Contact your Senators and urge them to vote down the nomination of Steve Six.

THE WEINER HOUSE - When Anthony Weiner announced his resignation at a Senior Center in New York and some New Yorkers present actually cheered. Democrat leaders on Capitol Hill including Nancy Pelosi were relieved that the disturbed radical left congressman with sex twitting issues was gone. Anthony Weiner was best known nationally for his vicious personal attacks on Republicans, particularity women and Jews. Weiner, who claimed to be a Jew is married to a Muslim. Since no Rabbi would officiate his wedding it was done by none other than former President Bill Clinton. That along probably doomed the marriage.

RELIGION AND CULTURE 

ATHEIST NEWDOW DEFEATED AGAIN -This week the Supreme Court rejected atheist activist Michael Newdow's latest lawsuit challenging the words "under God" in the Pledge of Allegiance, this time after he lost in the First Circuit Count of Appeals in Boston. In March, the Supreme Court rejected Newdow's appeal from his loss in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco. My book, The Pledge: One Nation Under God, which details the history of the Pledge, retails for $14.99 but is now on sale for $7.99. In the book I present the arguments for "under God" in the Pledge and debunk Newdow's claims.

SEVENTH GRADERS FORCED TO TAKE SEX SURVEY - Seventh graders in a Massachusetts school were asked, "Have you ever had oral sex?" in a survey that had other graphic language which I cannot repeat here. The students were asked what they used to prevent pregnancy in their "last sexual encounter." The school admits it was graphic but says they had to administer it as part of a grant from the Department of Education. The Rutherford Institute is filing a complaint on behalf of the mother of two girls attending the Fitchburg School District. Read more

UK PARLIAMENT DEBATE ON PERSECUTION OF CHRISTIANS -London lives in fear of Islam and there are entire areas of the city no Jew or Christian dares to enter. Even police fear some Islamic areas. Out of fear, police arrest Christians if they dare mention Christ in front of a Muslim, yet a brave Member of parliament, David Simpson, stood and exposed the persecution of Christians in Islamic nations and asked why government funds were being sent to these nations. It was a stunning moment as the MP detailed the persecution of Christians Text and video available  

UK ATHEIST SPEAKS OUT ON 'CULTURAL TERRORISM' - In the United States, atheists, gays, liberal professors and feminists all line up to support Islam and sharia law. Oddly, these are the first groups that will be either beheaded, hung or stoned to death in a Muslim takeover. Huffpost and the rest of the liberal media are all for Islam and sharia law simply because conservatives oppose a dual legal system in the United States that would weaken the Constitution. Whatever conservatives are against, the left must be for. However, the liberals in the United Kingdom are starting to feel the whip of Islam. One atheist who has stood consistently against the Islamization of Britain is Pat Condell and he is not afraid to criticize his fellow liberals. His latest video on Islamic Cultural Terrorism is a must see.
NUBA MOUNTAIN ATTACKS - There is a great new article on the attacks on Christians in the Sudan in the Miami Herald.
RELEASE ASIA BIBI NOW - Pakistani Christians are demanding the release of Asia Bibi, mother of five, who has been falsely accused of blasphemy and jailed for nearly two years. Blasphemy laws in Pakistan are used to blackmail Christians and steal their homes and land. This is just one more outrage. More at Pakistan Christian Post
