PRESIDENCY 

SHARIA AT THE WHITE HOUSE - Imam Anjem Choudary, whose group has been banned in the U.K., announced a pro-sharia law rally in front of the White House for March 3, 2011. Choudary said that by force the Islamic flag would fly over the White House and that sharia, or Islamic law, would replace the Constitution. Numerous leaders of the anti-Sharia movement including William J. Murray of the Religious Freedom Coalition held a news conference in front of the White House at noon on the day the demonstration was to occur. Read full statement.  
TERROR ATTACK ON OUR TROOPS - This week a Muslim from Kosovo walked onto a bus carrying US airmen at an airport in Germany, and while screaming "Allah Akbar!" he killed two airmen and wounded two others. It is reported that he was a civilian employee of the air base -- otherwise he would not have had access to the bus. President Obama's statement about the attack was very much like the statement he made when Major Hassan killed 13 fellow soldiers in the Ft. Hood massacre. The President made no mention of terror. He opened his remarks by referring to the Islamic attack on unarmed airmen as "a tragic event that took place earlier today in Frankfurt, Germany." It took seven weeks for the White House to admit that Major Hassan, who also screamed Allah Akbar while killing unarmed servicemen and women, was indeed a terrorist. The final report on Hassan never mentioned that he was a Muslim. We can expect the same from the White House concerning this attack.
AND THE MONEY ROLLS IN - During the 2008 election Barack Obama's campaign committee officially raised $745 million dollars. After the election, at the end of 2008, Obama's committee still had $15 million on hand. As Obama starts his run for re-election he is seeking over $1 billion dollars. In contrast his last opponent, Senator John McCain, raised only $380 million and that included federal matching funds. 

THE CONGRESS 

THE $4 BILLION CUT - Right now the government has to borrow 40 cents of every dollar it spends. This year alone the federal government will rack up another $1.5 trillion in debt. So far, the Congress has managed to cut $4 billion of that. The Republicans want to cut another $60 billion, including funding for Planned Parenthood. The Democrats say it is impossible to cut more that $6 billion more. The proposed Democrat cuts represent less than 1% of the deficit spending and the Republican proposal is less than 5%. Under either plan the government will still borrow nearly $1.5 trillion this year alone. ONE TRILLION IN CHECKS IN ONE MONTH - In the month of February the government wrote over $1 trillion in checks for the first time ever. But wait, isn't' the budget just $3.83 trillion for the year? Yes, but that does not include debt service. Of the $1 trillion outflow in February $585 billion was to pay off debt, both principal and interest. To do this the government had to borrow $660 billion in February. While most of the borrowed money went to pay debt the rest was needed for Obama's various programs the Congress approved. It is all on the Treasury balance sheet, read it and weep for the nation.

WARNING TO MUSLIMS: DON'T THREATEN SOUTH PARK - It may be OK to build an offensive mosque at Ground Zero or to call for sharia law being forced upon women -- but threatening the purveyors of violent profane filth can get a Muslim tossed into jail. A 21-year-old convert to Islam who threatened the creators of the 'South Park' cartoon has been sentenced to 25 years in prison. The college drop-out, Zachary Chesser, was sentenced by a U.S. District Court in Alexandria, Virginia. He pleaded guilty to supporting the al-Shabab terrorist group in Somalia and posting online threats against the South Park creators. The threats of physical harm were made, he said, because of an episode of South Park insulting to Muhammad. NOTE: When conservative leaders who are critical of Islam in the United States have their lives threatened, law enforcement agencies never take the threats seriously and often refuse to take a report.  
THE CHURCH AND THE 2012 CANDIDATES - I was stunned by a poll done by the Barna Organization on favorable/unfavorable ratings for the GOP candidates for president. Among Catholics and Protestants, former Governor Sarah Palin's unfavorable ratings are 64% and 50% respectively. Newt Gingrich's unfavorable ratings are nearly as high among Christians. On the favorable side, former Governor Mike Huckabee is the leader, with Mitt Romney a close second. See poll results.

ONLY CHRISTIAN PAKISTANI CABINET MEMBER ASSASSINATED - Shahbaz Bhatti, who was the minister of religious minorities, was the second high-level Pakistani government official to be assassinated in the past two months. Both officials had opposed Pakistan's "blasphemy" laws that impose the death penalty for insulting Islam. He had been assigned police guards, but did not use them because it was a bodyguard who had killed the other official, Punjab province Governor Salman Taseer. OBAMA'S EGYPTIAN VICTORY - The left leaning media is celebrating President Barack Obama's "stunning" diplomacy in handling the crisis in Egypt and congratulating him for establishing democracy there. Hello! The Egyptian constitution has been suspended, Parliament has been dissolved and a military council is in charge of the country. On top of that, the largest organized group in Egypt, the Muslim Brotherhood, has declared it will accept nothing short of sharia law. As for Obama, one day he called for democracy, the next day said Mubarak was a friend of America, and the day following that said the people should rule. In other words he flipped and flopped for several days until events played out.  
IS OBAMA IGNORING ISLAMIST DANGER? - In as hard hitting article in the Jewish Exponent, Morton A. Klein and Daniel Mandel clearly layout the missteps and ignorance of the Obama Administration. CREATE DEBT FOR PROSPERITY - President Obama has released his budget for 2012. The budget increases taxes and spending and would result in a tripling of the national debt held by the public between now and 2019. in 2012 the total debt of the government will exceed the entire Gross Domestic Product of the nation, something that has not happened since World War II when 20% of the nation's men were in uniform. PROTECT RELIGIOUS MINORITIES - Congressman Frank Wolf has introduced a bill that would force the State Department to create a special envoy to deal with repressed religious minorities in Islamic nations. Wolf, co-chair of the Tom Lantos Human Rights Commission, said threats against religious minorities have been increasing in recent months and that the United States has an obligation to speak out for the voiceless, "If the international community fails to speak out, the prospects for religious pluralism and tolerance in the region are bleak," Wolf said in introducing HR 440. DEFUNDING PLANNED PARENTHOOD - Congressman Mike Pence is on a crusade to stop Planned Parenthood from receiving tens of millions of taxpayer dollars. As the largest abortion provider in the United States the organization is actually profitable and has no need for federal funds other than to bloat its budget. This week Congressman Pence introduced an amendment to the "CR" or Continuing Resolution to cut all funding from Planned Parenthood for the rest of the year. NOTE: The CR is required because the Democrat controlled House failed to pass a spending bills last year to fund government operations for this year.

ROYAL CARIBBEAN HOSTS GAY DRUG CRUISE - A young man died of an overdose of drugs on the first night of the Royal Caribbean's "gay cruise" on the Allure of the Seas. He was one of two young men to die on the seven day cruise which began on February 6th. By the time the drug dealer was caught late in the cruise he had already sold $51,000 in drugs and had little remaining to sell. The dealer, Steven Krumholz, age 51, was taken into custody by ICE agents in St. Thomas, USVI. Royal Caribbean advertises the Allure of the Seas as a family friendly ship which features Dreamworks characters from movies such as Shrek, Madagascar, and Kung Fu Panda. Few media outlets have reported on the drug arrest, and those that have did not report on the drug related deaths. The ship's doctors handled more drug related cases during the week than an emergency room in downtown Detroit. 
ISLAM'S GAY FREE ZONE IN LONDON- Homosexual news outlets in the UK are reporting that Islamists in London have posted stickers calling for a gay-free zone. The stickers were put up around schools and pubs, including a gay bar called George and Dragon. The stickers, which were said to be "professional" said, "Arise and Warn. Gay free zone. Verily Allah is severe in punishment." The mainstream media in the UK is too cowardly to report the continued problems between Muslims and homosexuals because they support both groups. During a puff interview on NPR Rauf said, "If someone were to offer a site that is equal or better," and which could accommodate a multi-faith center ... I'd be very receptive to that."

ISLAM'S WAR ON THAILAND - You will not hear about the Islamic war against Thailand from any American news outlets, but the terror is real. Since the beginning of 2011 there have been 31 terror attacks in Thailand that have been documented, virtually all against innocent civilians who are Buddhists. So far 51 have died and more were injured. Most recently Muslims kidnapped and murdered two young Buddhist children in Yala. MEDIA DISCOVERS SLAUGHTER OF CHRISTIANS - For ten years Christian children where kidnapped and murdered in Iraq. Thousands of Christian women were raped, the men murdered and homes stolen. More than half the Christian population was forced to flee and the media was virtually silent, almost giving permission to Muslims worldwide to murder Christians. Suddenly the media has discovered the murders of Christians in Egypt, Pakistan and Iraq. Just in the last few months the bombings of churches and the murders of Christians have become news worthy. OBAMA, EGYPT AND THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD - President Barack Obama wants Eqypt's Mubarak out now and is ready to deal with the Muslim Brotherhood or Ikhwan in a new government. Obama's eagerness to give the Muslim Brotherhood (Ikhwan) a role begs this question: does Obama understand the political positions of the Ikhwan? Perhaps he should put his politically correct CIA briefings to one side and simply watch a video of a Ikhwan leader declare its purpose.
 

THE CONGRESS 

HOUSE OUT, SENATE IN - This past week was a "constituent work week" for the House as Members went home to work in their various local offices. The Senate stayed in session and Minority Leader McConnell forced a vote to repeal ObamaCare. Predictably the vote was along party lines and lost to the Democrat majority. The Republican minority in the House had previously passed a repeal. Unable to win in the Senate the Republicans in the House and Senate will now try to slow down the implementation of ObamaCare with a series of "fixes."  
EGYPT - This past week I had the opportunity to speak with a Senator who serves on the Homeland Security Committee. He of course has access to top secret briefings on the situation in Egypt. Yet when I told him about the caravans of cars full of Americans going across the Sinai desert to take refuge in Israel he was surprised, telling me he thought that Americans were all being evacuated by air. He was also surprised when I gave him specifics of anti-Semitic and anti-Israel demonstrations in Egypt by the Muslim Brotherhood. By the end of my conversation with him I came to the conclusion that he had been briefed by the same idiots who had briefed President Obama on the issue.

NEW MOVIE ON GZ MOSQUE - The big screen in Times Square was lit up with an ad for a new movie about the Ground Zero mosque, and this could not have made the Islam loving, Jewish mayor of New York city very happy. The movie is being promoted by Pam Geller, a New Yorker described by the liberal media as a "hate monger" because she points out the intolerance of Islam. NEW GZ MOSQUE IMAM KICKED OUT - When it comes to New York city, being a homosexual trumps just about all else, even being Muslim. Shariff el-Gamal, the Ground Zero mosque developer, found this out the hard way when he dumped party circuit imam Feisal Rauf for hardliner Abdallah Adhami. As soon as the new imam's "anti-gay" lectures were exposed, the heat was on. Just a week after being named to replace Rauf, it was announced that he was leaving to "finish a book." The reality is different. Unlike Rauf who was able to keep his mouth shut on the "gay" issue while cruising parties with Arianna Huffington and Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Adhami had lectures on the Internet that exposed the real position of Islam on homosexuality. Mayor Bloomberg didn't have a problem with Adhami saying that those who leave Islam and become apostates should be jailed, but when he said homosexuals were not "born that way" the elites in New York like Bloomberg turned against him.

MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD IN TRANSITION GOVERNMENT - The newly appointed vice president of Egypt, Omar Suleiman, is in talks with the Muslim Brotherhood to form a new government with "shared" responsibilities. the Muslin Brotherhood has been banned in Egypt for decades because of its Jihadist roots. The Brotherhood has made clear that if it takes over in Egypt the treaty with Israel will be torn up, and that war will follow soon after. Hamas, a front organization of the Muslim Brotherhood, currently controls the Gaza Strip; another associated organization, Hezbollah, is moving toward a ruling position in Lebanon. The Muslim Brotherhood's goal is for the Qur'an to become the sole law of the land for the entire world, thus eliminating all other forms of government and eventually creating a worldwide caliphate.  
EGYPT: MORE DEAD CHRISTIANS - The Assyrian International News Agency is reporting that two Christian families have been murdered by Muslims under the cover of the turmoil in Egypt. They report that, ""Two Islamists groups, aided by the Muslim neighbors, descended {through} the roofs of houses owned by Copts, killing eleven Copts, including children, and seriously injuring four others." As the Muslim Brotherhood moves to take control of Egypt more violence against Christians can be expected.

OBAMA'S FIRST STEP TO CENSORSHIP - THE FCC has seized the Internet and this will lead to the control of content on cable TV and just about no one really understands what has happened. The FCC's is authorized by Congress to regulate broadcasts over "public airways" and has never had the authority to control content of anything transmitted privately over land lines. Cable TV and the Internet is a private contract between the provider and the purchaser and that is why pornography can be transmitted. But, Obama is after FOX News and conservatives on the Internet and the only way to eventually silence them is for the FCC to control the Internet and cable TV. When the FCC this week declared "Net Neutrality" it was doing far more than allowing Netflix to use the broadband space of ATT and Verizon without paying, it was a declaration that the FCC controls the lines that carry materials to your home, both Internet and cable.

THE CONGRESS 

THE QUEEN HAS LEFT THE CASTLE - Queen Pelosi departed Capitol Hill this week and took her last flight on the luxurious Boeing 757 the Air Force has provided for her to fly to San Francisco each week for the last four years. The large cabinet filled with expensive whiskeys has been removed from the jet and it has been returned to military service. The new Speaker of the House, John Boehner, has said that he will continue to fly commercially to Washington, DC as he has in the past. Maybe next year under Speaker Boehner the Congressional Christmas Tree will be back replacing Queen Pelosi's "holiday tree."
 

CULTURE AND RELIGION 

FEDS TO BANK: GET RID OF CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS -About every four years Federal Reserve examiners make visits to banks to make sure they are complying with a laundry list of regulations. This year the examiners visited a small local bank in Perkins, Oklahoma and were dismayed to find a sign that said, "Merry Christmas, God With Us." The feds ordered that all Christmas decorations that referred to God and a daily Scripture at the banks Internet site be removed. More than anything this reveals that the federal government and its many agencies lean toward hiring intolerant liberals. Congressman Randy Forbes (R-VA) and 37 other Member of the Prayer Caucus wrote a letter to Chairman Bernanke questioning the authority of the Federal Reserve to take this action.

BLOOMBERG SECRETLY ASSISTED MOSQUE - Liberals like Mayor Michael Bloomberg are for strict separation of church and state if a church is involved, but when it comes to the Ground Zero mosque the "wall of separation" crumbles. Bloomberg's office helped Ground Zero mosque organizers numerous times and even intervened with city administrators to obtain temporary prayer service permits at the location. A member of Bloomberg staff actually wrote one letter for Daisy Khan, Imam Feisal Rauf's wife. Just imagine the outrage by the hard left if a Republican mayor in any city would have an assistant ghostwrite a letter for an evangelical church to help it obtain permits!

The documents revealing Bloomberg's heavy handed assistance for the Ground Zero mosque and those associated with it were released as a result of a lawsuit by Judicial Watch. The suit had to be filed because Bloomberg's office refused to comply with the law and release the materials. The documents also revealed that Mayor Bloomberg accepted money from the those associated with Imam Rauf to hold a Ramadan dinner at his official residence. More at no911mosque.org

CHRISTMAS CANCELED IN IRAQ - As Americans open their brightly decorated boxes of Chinese made junk this Christmas morning, Christians in Iraq will be praying that they live to the end of the day. There will be no Christmas decorations, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day services in Iraq. Even an appearance by Santa Claus has been canceled. Christian leaders called off Christmas celebrations all over Iraq because of continue Islamic threats of terror. Dozens of Christians have already been killed this year and the exodus of Christians from Iraq has escalated. At last the media has begun to pay attention to the devastation done to Christians in Iraq after ignoring the terror they have gone through for the past eight years.

THE GROUND ZERO MOSQUE

TAX DOLLARS FOR GROUND ZERO MOSQUE?  – Sharif el-Gamal, the erratic Muslim developer who is a key figure behind the Ground Zero mosque, now wants tax dollars for its construction. This is the same Sharif el-Gamal who has failed to pay taxes on the property and who was just evicted from his offices for failure to pay $39,000 in back rent. His side-kick in the scheme, Imam Feisal Rauf, just had an apartment building that he owns taken over by a court because of his failure to provide a safe environment for tenants. Both men have failed to pay property taxes when due in New York.

The request for tax dollars is rather odd because Sharif el-Gamal and Feisal Rauf have not as yet even formed the corporation that will own and operate the mosque. Apparently he has requested the funds, as the developer, from the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation (LMDC). In his letter he says the funds will be used to pay for construction as well as “Arabic language classes, a variety of consultation and referral services, a homeless veterans’ rehabilitation program, and a series of art exhibitions.” In his application he claims that the funds will not be used for the “prayer room.”

When the project was announced, the building was said to be a mosque for use by Muslims. The public was told that the funding would come solely from the “millions of Muslims” within the United States, with no foreign help. Within months it was discovered that Imam Rauf was raising funds in the Middle East for the construction of the Ground Zero mosque. The reason is obvious; there are not “millions of Muslims” in the United States. Most of those of Arab descent in the United States are Christians who escaped Islamic persecution.

You may recall that Rauf and el-Gamal first named the proposed building Cordoba House in remembrance of the domination of Spain by a Muslim Caliphate in the Middle Ages. When the obvious affront of using the term Cordoba became apparent to the public, considering the attacks of 9/11, the name was changed to Park 51. The media was told it was a mosque, yet by Islamic law a mosque can only be one story tall. This is a 13 to 15 story building that has several floors of dormitory rooms for young men, plus restaurants and swimming pools, and is more akin to an Islamic rabat that is built to assist in conquering the lands of infidels.

The funds requested by Sharif el-Gamal for the Ground Zero mosque would come from a special fund set up to assist in the reconstruction of lower Manhattan after the total destruction of numerous buildings in the Islamic jihad attack on the United States on 9/11.

Let’s make the context clear: Muslims are asking that tax money set aside for Lower Manhattan to recover from a Muslim terror attack be handed over to them. The LMDC has refused to comment or even disclose the names of any other organizations requesting funds. How is that for transparency in government?

As an aside, Mayor Michael Bloomberg and his city government have made it clear that they will not assist in any way the reconstruction of St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church which  was totally destroyed during the 9/11 jihad attack.

SHARIF EL-GAMAL IS NBC “PERSON OF THE YEAR” – In the last Chairman’s Report, I featured the marriage of the far left, the political elites, and Islam, illustrated by a party photo of Arianna Huffington, Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Imam Feisal Rauf.  The so-called “mainstream media” is a part of this strange marriage trio; for example, NBC News just named Ground Zero mosque developer Sharif el-Gamal as their “Person of the Year.”

The announcement by NBC came the same week that it was learned that el-Gamal had requested tax dollars from a 9/11 reconstruction fund to help build the Ground Zero mosque. So far this year this NBC Person of the Year and his company, Soho Properties, has been sued by the Valley National Bank for $95,778 plus interest on a credit line on which he defaulted. His company had a $100,000 line of credit that El-Gamal personally guaranteed. He exercised the credit line, took the money and did not pay it back as required.

In addition El-Gamal’s company moved out of its headquarters in the middle of the night just as his landlord began eviction proceedings. According to the landlord, El-Gamal was delinquent to the tune of $39,000 in back rent.  As for the site of the mosque itself, El-Gamal failed to pay $270,000 in back taxes. He has now signed an agreement for a payment plan with the city, but if he can’t pay his rent where will the money come from to pay the taxes?

NBC’s “person of the year” has a long history of this kind of activity and of criminal behavior.  El-Gamal claims that he had problems in his “youth” but not after he became closer to Islam after the 9/11 jihad attack.  Yet, just five years ago in 2005 El-Gamal broke the nose and cheekbone of a renter who owed him money.  When he was arrested, El-Gamal denied he socked the renter, Mark Vassiliev, but later in court said, “[Vassiliev's] face could have run into my hand.” He has a long history of thuggery that includes seven arrests. Those arrests include DUI, disorderly conduct and soliciting a prostitute.

El-Gamal once sent out a message on Twitter that said, “When you beat up someone physically you get exercise & stress relief; when you assault him verbally on the web you just harm yourself.” That sums up Sharif el-Gamal, a typical Muslim thug.

PRESIDENCY

OBAMA, MUSLIMS AND THE HAJ – In November during a Muslim “holy” time President Obama had a message to those traveling for the “Haj,” or pilgrimage to Mecca. It is considered a sacred duty of every Muslim to travel there at least once. (Note: non-Muslims are not allowed inside the city limits of Mecca) President Obama said, “On behalf of the American people, we extend our best wishes during this Hajj season – Eid Mubarak and Hajj Mabrour.” 

The pilgrims of the Haj had a message for Obama as well: “God is the Greatest”, “Death to Israel” and “Death to America” were the among anti-Western, anti-Christian and anti-Semitic slogans chanted in unison as nearly 2 million Muslims gathered in the Desert of Arafat near Mecca awaiting their turn to go into the city.

There is a total disconnect from reality on the part of the political elite and their view of Islam. During the Bush Administration we heard the chant of “religion of peace” over and over again. Now we are told by the media and political elites that most Muslims want democracy. Haj pilgrims represent mainstream Islam and the message is clear, and it is not about democracy.

THE CONGRESS

TWO AGENDAS – Since the November 2^nd election, Congress returned to Washington for a week and then departed on a Thanksgiving recess. During the short time they were here, Nancy Pelosi was assured that she would remain the leader of the Democrats in the House despite a resounding defeat that saw 62 Democratic seats lost to the Republicans. Her reelection as the Democrat leader shows that her party will continue its social path regardless of defeats, and Senate Democrat leader Harry Reid confirms that.

During the short time Congress was in session Republican leaders announced they wanted to extend the current tax code to prevent a huge tax increase on January 1st for Americans, and also to eliminate congressional earmarks. Democrat leader Senator Harry Reid said his first priorities were to allow homosexuals to openly serve in the military and to pass the Dream Act to allow the children of illegal aliens to receive subsidized college educations. Reid also affirmed his desire to continue the spending path of the government.

Americans at the polls made it clear that their greatest concern was the huge and growing government debt. As of now, 40 cents out of every dollar the government spends is borrowed. This is all money that our children and grandchildren must somehow repay with interest.

CULTURE AND RELIGION

CAIR SUES TO FORCE SHARIA LAW – Almost 70% of Oklahoma voters approved the “Save Our State Constitution” Amendment which required that judges not consider non-US laws or sharia law in determining the outcome of cases before them. The Council for American – Islamic Relations (CAIR) immediately filed a lawsuit to stop the implementation of the law. If Muslims do not intend to overturn the Constitution of this nation and install Islamic law, why would they file such a suit? The answer is simple, and that is that most Muslims in the United States do not respect our laws and want to replace them with Islamic laws that all Americans would be forced to adhere to.

A BOY, A BIKE AND OUR FLAG – A convoy of motorcyclists followed Cody Alecia to school, all displaying flags after his victory over his school which had told him he could not display a U.S. flag on the back of his bike on the way to school. The Liberty Counsel had threatened legal intervention against the Denair Middle School in California (who would have guessed this could happen in California?) barred the U.S. flag because they felt it would insult Mexicans who had come to this nation to live. (No — I can’t explain this logic and neither can any other sane person.)

INTERNATIONAL

CATHOLIC CHURCH SPEAKS OUT – Since the beginning of the Second Gulf War the Church has been silent as persecution of Christians in Iraq escalated. Catholic Church officials believed that speaking out would only make the situation worse for Christians there. However, after the bombings of school buses in northern Iraq and the invasion of a Baghdad Church last month the Catholic Church is becoming more vocal. In November Cardinal Angelo Bagnasco, the president of the Italian Bishops’ Conference, promoted a Day of Solidarity with Iraqi Christians. On Sunday, November 19th all Catholic Churches were to include prayers for persecuted Iraqi Christians.

As the Catholic Church has become outspoken about the persecution of Christians in Islamic nations, Pope Benedict demanded that a Christian Pakistani mother of five, Asia Bibi, who had been sentenced to death for criticizing Mohammed, be released. The charges were falsely leveled against her because of a dispute with a Muslim woman over a drinking bowl. The European media also called for release of Asia Bibi, who had been jailed for more than 18 months on the false charge of blasphemy. As a result Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari pardoned her, but the blasphemy law stays on the books and still carries the death penalty.

(BREAKING NEWS: The Chief Justice of Lahore High Court, Khawaja Sharif, barred President Asif Ali Zardari from pardoning Asia Bibi. She is still sentenced to death on the accusation of blasphemy.)

American liberals point to the Pakistani Constitution guarantees of freedom of religion as proof that the Muslim nation is moderate; however, a separate article of the Constitution states that all laws must conform to Islamic sharia law.

Even if Asia Bibi is freed, she will not be safe. In my experience those who have been freed because of Western outrage over blasphemy laws are soon tracked down and murdered at the direction of imams.

AFGHANISTAN PERSECUTION OF CHRISTIANS - Since the United States first became involved in Afghanistan, numerous Christians have been charged and convicted of “apostasy” or “blasphemy” by the new “democratic” government we installed. The newest case is that of Sayed Mossa, a father of six, who only has one leg. He has suffered in an Afghan prison, often beaten for no reason, for some time. The Religious Freedom Coalition and other organizations have been working for several weeks with congressmen to obtain his release.

OUR MISSION TO IRAQI CHRISTIANS - For many years the Religious Freedom Coalition has partnered with a ministry located in Amman, Jordan to assist Iraqi Christian refugees. Those in need include refugees in Jordan and Syria, as well as internally displaced persons in Iraq. Hundreds of thousands of Iraqi Christians need help.

An aid organization in the United Kingdom agreed to ship a 40 foot sea-going container of food stuffs and seeds to our ministry partner in Jordan for distribution to Christian refugees in Jordan and Syria. The seeds are for planting on Christian owned farms in northern Iraq. The total value of the shipment is 323,896.00 British pounds, which comes to $514,282.00 in US dollars.  The UK group covered the shipping costs to the Jordanian port of Aqaba.  The Religious Freedom Coalition agreed to pay port costs including customs and brokerage fees as well as the shipment of the goods from Aqaba to Amman, Jordan. The Religious Freedom Coalition is also raising funds to assist in the distribution of the foods in Jordan and the seeds to Iraqi Christian farmers in northern Iraq.

All port and delivery fees have now been paid by the Religious Freedom Coalition; however, funds are still required to finish distribution.

PRESIDENCY 

OBAMA'S RACE BASED POLITICS - On Tuesday, November 2nd more Americans went to the polls to vote than in any previous midterm election, and the results were stunning. Just two years ago Barack Obama swept to power with a messianic image. Women fainted at virtually every one of his rallies and the American media, along with throngs of Europeans, threw themselves at his feet. Barack Obama was "The One."

His shining image vanished in just two years and was even further diminished by his flagrant use of race baiting and hate rhetoric during the midterm campaign. He told Hispanics that they should not vote for the "enemy." This is the man who refuses to refer to Islamic terrorists as "enemies" of our nation, yet he dares to refer to patriotic Americans as "enemies" simply because they do not vote for his party? He addressed black voters in racial terms as if they were plantation slaves, promoting the Democrat Party as their only choice despite the fact that a record number of African-Americans ran as Republicans this year. Are these elected black Republicans also the enemies of blacks and Hispanics, Mr. President?  
HUCKABEE LEADS OBAMA IN POLL - Gov. Mike Huckabee would beat President Barack Obama 52 to 44 percent in a hypothetical match according to a new CNN poll. Mitt Romney come in second, beating Obama 50 to 45 percent. The poll shows that Obama would beat either Sarah Palin or Newt Gingrich. Huckabee has more support in the GOP to lead the ticket in 2012 than anyone else. The downside to Huckabee moving into the White House in 2012 is the loss of his very popular Fox News program on the weekends.

THE CONGRESS 

CONGRESS ADJOURNED - The House and Senate have both officially adjourned. No set date has been posted by the Majority Whip for the "lame duck" session."  
SHE ISN'T GONE YET - Radical Left San Francisco Democrat and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi is not gone yet, despite losing more than 60 seats in the House. Although the Republicans won a wide new majority, Nancy Pelosi will still be the Speaker of the House during the "lame duck" session in November-December. A blitz of far left anti-business legislation can be expected, as well as laws to promote the homosexual agenda and assist the abortion industry.
A DIVERSE GOP CONGRESS - For the first time in many decades there will be two black Republicans in the House of Representatives, one from South Carolina and one from Florida. In addition, nine GOP women are coming to the House as freshmen, adding to those already there. There were also numerous Republican Hispanics elected in the House. This does some real, credible damage to the claim by the Democratic party that they "own" black, Hispanic and female voters.

CULTURE AND RELIGION 

THE EVANGELICAL VOTE - A post midterm election survey conducted this week found that those who identified themselves as evangelicals totaled 29% of voters. Of those who classified themselves as evangelicals, an astonishing 78% voted for Republican candidates. The same poll, which was commissioned by Public Opinion Strategies for the Faith and Freedom Coalition found that 52% of Tea Party members are evangelicals. Many economic conservatives in the GOP had hoped that the Tea Party movement was based only on economic issues and that it would allow them to force social conservatives out of the party. This just is not going to work.  
ROOMMATE CHARGES DROPPED - The charges against a Michigan woman who posted an ad on a church bulletin board for a "Christian roommate" have been dropped. The state was enthusiastic about prosecuting her just a few days ago. What happened? It became public knowledge that there are numerous "Muslim only" roommate services in Michigan. Not wanting to prosecute Muslims as well, state bureaucrats had to drop charges against a Christian.

NO 911 MOSQUE!

BE AFRAID, VERY AFRAID - The photo at left should scare all of America. Pictured at a party in New York City is Arianna Huffington the publisher of the far left Huffington Post, which spends a lot of its energy attacking Fox News and attempting to characterize evangelical Christians as Nazis. Huffington and her bloggers may just sound hysterical to most Americans, but she is a frequent White House guest of President Barack Obama. She is also buddy-buddy with extremist billionaire George Soros. With Huffington in the photo is Mayor Michael Bloomberg representing the political elite, and Imam Feisal Rauf, the Ground Zero mosque proponent.

This single photo represents the marriage of the far left, the political elite and Islam. The photo represents a horrifying alliance. The liberal mainstream media has gone out of its way to present Islam in a favorable light and those opposed to the construction of a mosque (rabat) at Ground Zero as extremists. INTERNATIONAL 

MORE CHRISTIANS MURDERED IN IRAQ - On Sunday, November 1st, terrorists from a group called the Islamic State of Iraq stormed Our Lady of Salvation Syriac Catholic Church in Baghdad . Their first act was to murder two Catholic priests with shots to the head. The few American media outlets reporting on the attack, including Fox News, said it was part of a major attack on the Iraqi stock exchange, but that was not true. A car bomb was exploded at dusk near the exchange when it was already closed; this was only a diversion to lure guards away from the church. The real target was the church.

The attackers had explosives and wore suicide vests. The attack came during the traditional time of Catholic mass when 120 worshipers were in the church. Most media in the U.S. didn't report the full extent of the bloodbath; however, some European news outlets did report in detail how 58 died and 78 others were injured. Many of those who survived the bombs lost limbs, were paralyzed or suffered other very serious injuries.

The White House issued a sort of generic statement on the attack that never mentioned that the victims were Christians, or that the attack was on a church. In part the statement read, "The United States strongly condemns this senseless act of hostage taking and violence by terrorists linked to al Qaeda in Iraq that occurred Sunday in Baghdad killing so many innocent Iraqis." No wonder so many Americans think President Obama is a Muslim.
