The Presidency Obama refuses "freedom of conscience" for Chaplains - Upon signing the 2013 National Defense Authorization. These provisions were specifically inserted by Congress to protect chaplains who refuse to preform "same-sex" marriage. By his refusal to abide by this section of the law Obama is in essence saying he will force chaplains to preform "same-sex" marriages. Read more
NBC admits election news censorship - Two days after the national election on November 6, Brian Williams -- anchor and managing editor of NBC Nightly News -- made a peculiar comment: "With the election now over, it is once again safe to talk about the economy and jobs, Now that it is not a campaign issue, it's back to reality," In other words, because the economy was the weakest part of the Obama reelection campaign we didn't talk about it much. Terror cleric link to 9-11 known - Anwar al-Awlaki was deeply involved in the 9-11 attacks and the FBI new it prior to his invitation to speak on "moderate" Islam at the Pentagon in 2002 according to investigators for Fox News. He booked earlier "test" flights for some of the hijackers. Despite this the Bush Administration and the FBI allowed him to be paraded around various media outlets and to speak at events at the Pentagon and on Capitol Hill. Read more

Congress
113th Congress sworn in - I was on Capitol Hill on Thursday, January 3rd as the 113th Congress was sworn in. Only families of the Members are allowed at the actual swearing, but I attended reception with some of those that were elected with the help of the PAC of which I am the chairman. My PAC helped elect socially conservative Senators Cruz (R-TX) and Deb Fischer (R-NE). Please note that note a single economic conservative candidate backed by Karl Rove's PAC won. Every candidate Rove backed that ran away from social issues lost.
House: One in five faces new - There are 82 new Members in the 435 seat House and 14 new Senators. On the House side almost 20% of the Members are new although one did previously serve back in the 1980's. There are also two empty seats because of resignations that occurred before the new 113th Congress even had a chance to convene. The only African-American in the Senate is a Republican. Everywhere I go conservatives champion "term limits" because Congressmen "stay forever." The reality is different: The average length of service for Representatives is currently 9.8 years (4.9 terms) and for Senators is 11.4 years (1.9 terms). List of 85 new Members

Al Gore takes oil money and helps Islamists - Al Gore is helping the advance of radical Islam in the USA by selling his failing TV network for a huge profit to a radical Islamist network that prided itself in showing IED's killing Americans in Iraq. The Al Jazeera network is funded by the government of Qatar. Qatar is controlled by a "royal" family and has no freedom of speech, press or religion. Read more

F-16's to Egypt and F-35's to Turkey - I have previously reported that the United States will begin delivery to Egypt this month of advance F-16 fighters and the newest version of the Abrams tank. Our government also approved the sale of ultra-advanced F-35 to Turkey which has declared itself an enemy of Israel. Turkey will purchase a total of 116 of the aircraft to Israel's 55 with delivery through 2017.
Morsi called for war on Israel - So much for the "moderate" Muslim Brotherhood president of Egypt. Recently found iTV interviews of Morsi show him saying in 2010 - "Either [you accept] the Zionists and everything they want, or else it is war," Morsi said, "This is what these occupiers of the land of Palestine know - these blood-suckers, who attack the Palestinians, these warmongers, the descendants of apes and pigs." Syria: Christian beheaded - A Christian man was beheaded and fed to hungry dogs by the Obama supported "rebels" in Syria who are in reality little more than Islamist bandits who pillage the countryside. Read more
Syria: Fatwa says rape OK - Three hundred thousand Christians forced from their homes so far by the jihadists in Syria. Hundreds of Christians killed and now Obama's Saudi buddies have issued a fatwa approving of rape to boost moral of fighters. Read more
Italy: Muslims attack Jewish tourist - A young American Jew visiting relatives in Venice was brutally attacked by 15 Muslims. The attacks on Jews in Italy have increased sharply the last few years. Read more

PRESIDENCY 
OBAMA SPENDS MONEY BETTER? - According to members of the Obama Administration, if a dollar is taken from someone in the form of taxes and given to someone else, it causes $1.84 worth of economic activity that would not have otherwise happened. Stop for a minute and think about this logic. If you spend a dollar it does not create economic activity, but if Barack Obama takes that dollar away from you so that you cannot spend it and gives it to someone else to spend, it then causes economic activity. OBAMA AND THE CONSTITUTION - The Obama Administration has announced that it will begin to enforce a law that was rejected by Congress. Rather than enforce current immigration law, the Justice and Homeland Security Departments will drop deportation proceedings against illegals who have not committed "major" crimes. They will then be given a path to stay in the United States legally despite federal laws to the contrary. This will become a true Constitutional crisis, as States will file lawsuits to stop the illegal actions of the Administration.

THE CONGRESS 

PETER KING FINDS NEW 9/11 LINK - Congressman Peter King (R-NY), in a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder, said investigators believe it is no coincidence that Anwar al-Awlaki had contact with three of the five hijackers who flew a plane into the Pentagon on September 11th, 2001. The House Homeland Security Committee is investigating to determine "to what extent Anwar al-Awlaki wittingly or unwittingly facilitated the plot of the 9/11 hijackers." After the attacks, Al-Awlaki was invited to speak at a Pentagon lunch and was also invited by Muslim Congressman Keith Ellison to speak on Capitol Hill. Al-Awlaki also encouraged the attack by Nidal Hasan at Fort Hood. IN RECESS - The House and Senate are in recess until September 6th at 10:00 AM

RELIGION AND CULTURE 

ISLAMIC HATE SPEECH - Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan told his followers that Fort Hood shooter Col. Nidal Hasan was not a terrorist, but a good Muslim. (Actually I already knew the shooter was a good Muslim.) Farrakhan said that this good Muslim was simply driven crazy by the terrorist American soldiers who rape both Muslim women and Muslim men. TEACHER OF THE YEAR SUSPENDED - Mount Dora, FL - Jerry Buell, last year's "Teacher of the Year" at Mount Dora High School, has been suspended from the classroom for a comment he made on his own personal Facebook page, expressing his disapproval of legalized same-sex marriage in New York. School officials received a complaint about Buell's comment on Tuesday from a 2002 Mount Dora graduate who was never even in Mr. Buell's class. The Lake County School District responded by taking away Buell's teaching privileges and reassigning him to administrative duties. Liberty Counsel is representing Buell and demanding that he be immediately reinstated with an apology for violating his First Amendment rights.

RAMADAN BODY COUNT - As of the 19th day of Ramadan there have been 102 Islamic terror attacks, with a total of 433 killed and hundreds more wounded. TheReligionofPeace.com keeps a daily body count of victims each year during Ramadan. Islamic assassinations, mass murders and riots often peak during the "holy" month of Ramadan as imams poison the minds of men virtually every day rather than just on Fridays. The site has links to stories from all over the world, about Islamic terror attacks that are not reported in the United States.
THE LONDON RIOTS - The smoke had hardly cleared away in the affected areas before the analyses began to roll out. Prime Minister David Cameron, on vacation when the riots began, pointed his finger not at poverty, but at "moral collapse." In an address, he blamed: "Irresponsibility. Selfishness. Behaving as if your choices have no consequences. Children without fathers. Schools without discipline. Reward without effort. Crime without punishment. Rights without responsibilities." Read more
ATTACK IN ISRAEL - Eight Israelis were killed in coordinated attacks that targeted civilians traveling along a highway near the Egyptian border on Thursday. This was the worst attack inside of Israel in several years. Of the 20 or so Muslim terrorists who attacked, just seven were killed and the rest escaped. The original targets were, of course, civilian buses. Since that attack more than 20 missiles have also been fired into Israel. The eight dead are listed among the 433 killed in Islamic terror attacks since the beginning of Ramadan.

PRESIDENCY 

GEORGE W'S RELIGION OF PEACE - While he was president, George W. Bush couldn't say enough about what a great and peaceful religion Islam is, but his tone may be changing. This past week while on the Today Show peddling his memoirs, President bush refused to endorse the construction of the Ground Zero mosque, despite badgering by host Matt Lauer. On the other hand, President Barack Obama has endorsed placing a mosque at Ground Zero as a way of proving America's "tolerance." While Obama continues to believe that Americans should tolerate the intolerance of Islam, perhaps Bush has had second thoughts in his retirement.
 

THE CONGRESS 

LAME DUCKS RETURNING TO WASHINGTON - The "lame duck" Congress is scheduled to reconvene November 15th for one week, and then to adjourn until after Thanksgiving. Also on Monday, November 15th, the 90 new freshmen just elected to the Congress and Senate will descend on Capitol Hill for a one week crash course on parliamentary procedures. Tea Party backers Senator Jim DeMint and Congresswoman Michele Bachmann will also conduct a separate "Constitution Course" for the freshmen of both the House and Senate. Officially none of the 90 plus new lawmakers are a part of the Congress until the 112th Congress convenes on January 5, 2011. 
CONGRESSIONAL PRAYER TERRORISTS - Muslim staffers of congressmen and Senators have invited numerous individuals to Friday Muslim prayer meetings on Capitol Hill over the past decade, and among them are several with terrorist ties, including Anwar al-Awlaki. President Barack Obama has issued a death warrant for al-Awlaki, the only American citizen ever to have that dubious honor. It was al-Awlaki who was the spiritual guide to the Islamic Army Colonel who gunned down thirteen of his fellow soldiers at Ft. Hood. Al-Awlaki was also involved in the attempted Christmas Day bombing of an airliner in 2009 and the failed Times Square attack this year. He is one of numerous Islamic leaders who are associated with terror groups or who have publicly excused terror groups, and who have been invited to lead Jummah prayers by the Congressional Muslim Staff Association. Others who have prayed on Capitol Hill at the invitation of the CMSA include Randall "Ismail" Royer who is serving 20 years in jail for training for Jihad in Pakistan. The CMSA was an informalgroup until 2006 when it received formal status under the sponsorship of Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN) The second Muslim representative in Congress was Rep. Andre Carson (D-IN )who was elected in 2008. Congressman Ellison pulled down the Internet site for CMSA after inquiries were made by Fox News, so that officers and meeting schedules could no longer be viewed. Why is this information such a secret, Congressman?

NO 911 MOSQUE!

BE AFRAID, VERY AFRAID - (Repeated from last week) The photo at left should scare all of America. Pictured at a party in New York City is Arianna Huffington the publisher of the far left Huffington Post, which spends a lot of its energy attacking Fox News and attempting to characterize evangelical Christians as Nazis. Huffington and her bloggers may just sound hysterical to most Americans, but she is a frequent White House guest of President Barack Obama. She is also buddy-buddy with extremist billionaire George Soros. With Huffington in the photo is Mayor Michael Bloomberg representing the political elite, and Imam Feisal Rauf, the Ground Zero mosque proponent.

This single photo represents the marriage of the far left, the political elite and Islam. The photo represents a horrifying alliance. The liberal mainstream media has gone out of its way to present Islam in a favorable light and those opposed to the construction of a mosque (rabat) at Ground Zero as extremists. The reality that America suffered a jihad attack on 9-11 is forgotten in this unholy alliance of the radical left, the political elite and Islam. MUSLIMS SHAME HONOR OF BRITISH HEROES - On our Veteran's Day, the British honor their war dead with Armistice Day. Every November 11th, there is a special two minute time when all of the UK falls silent to reflect and remember. This year, the silence was broken by Muslims in Britain who chanted, "British soldiers rot in hell." The vile protesters were given a police escort to their protest site. Video clip at Breitbart.TV

THE PRESIDENCY

JIHAD DOES NOT EXIST? - The Department of Homeland Security head, Janet Napolitano, gave her opinions of the attempted Jihad attack on the United States which occurred on Christmas Day. In USA Today on the 30th, she managed to write a lengthy Op-ed without once using the words jihad, Islam, Muslim, or war. Her comments are a follow up to the first remarks of Barack Obama on the failed Jihad attack when he referred to Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab as an "isoliated extremist." Did this "isolated extremist" pick up at some drug store the military grade PTN explosives he attempted to use on the plane? After a brief announcement the President returned to the beach for the rest of his Hawaiian vacation, apparently oblivious to the media storm surrounding what could have been an attack that halted air travel for weeks and caused the economy to dive. Only days later, when his advisers realized the severity of the issue, was a speech written to run on his teleprompter so he could address the attack as being serious.  
BIN LADEN OF THE INTERNET - American born imam Anwar Al-Awlaki gave an Islamic blessing to Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab for the attempted murder of a plane full of people on Christmas Day. This same imam is connected to Nadir Hasan, the Muslim who murdered his fellow soldiers and an unborn baby in November at Ft. Hood. President Obama has still not defined the Ft. Hood attack as terror, so the Patriot Act can't be used to try to arrest Awlaki who is obviously now a ranking leader of Al Qaeda in Yemen. Oddly the Obama Administration is releasing terrorists from GITMO to Yemen. Several of those released are already working in Yemen with Al Qaeda to kill innocent civilians. ADMINISTRATION TERROR RESPONSE: THREATEN REPORTERS - Homeland Security Chief Janet Napolitano jumped right into action after the failed Christmas Day bombing of an airliner; she had subpoenas issued and seized the computers of news reporters. The reporters were threatened with arrest because they had released a TSA memo that told airlines not to allow passengers to have blankets on their laps. Why the heavy handed actions against the reporters? The memo was so stupid it was laughable and was mocked in blogs all over the Internet. The TSA didn't want their stupidity exposed and decided to threaten the reporters. Read more

THE CONGRESS

CONGRESSMAN WANTS MILITARY TO TRY TERRORIST - Rep. Peter King of New York has demanded that would-be airplane bomber Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab be tried before a military tribunal instead of in a civilian court. King says it will be difficult to get useful information from the terrorist if he is given the legal rights in a civilian court. Because the Obama Administration believes the attack was by an "isolated extremist," it is doubtful that he will be treated as a military combatant.  
HOUSE AND SENATE IN RECESS - The House and Senate have been in recess for Christmas and New Year's Day. The House and Senate will return on Monday, January 16th, 2010.

CULTURE AND RELIGION

BIRTH MOTHER MUST GIVE CHILD TO LESBIAN - The birth mother of a Virginia girl who is just seven years old must surrender the child to a lesbian who is unrelated to her. A court would never take custody from a mother and give a child to a former boyfriend who was unrelated ... However, homosexuals now receive special treatment in jobs, housing and even the courts. The mother. Lisa Miller, a former lesbian who is now a Christian, has refused to return the child and has left Virginia. Read more

RAPE OF CHRISTIAN GIRLS IN EGYPT - The systematic abduction, rape and forced conversion of Christian girls to Islam in Egypt was shown on an Arab language Christian TV channel. Life TV broadcasts from outside Egypt and may have as many as 60 million viewers. Even Christians in Egypt were shocked by the testimonies of girls as young as twelve who had been kidnapped, raped and forced into Muslim marriages. Read more
