THE PRESIDENT
BUSH IN ISRAEL - What do Presidents Carter, Reagan, Bush 41, Clinton, and Bush 43 have in common? All of them declared they would bring peace to the Middle East with a treaty. So far they have collectively convinced Israel to give up land and safety in return for more and more terror. Now President George W. Bush is there trying to get the Fatah controlled Palestinian "government" to sign a treaty with Israel that the HAMAS controlled Gaza has already said it will not honor. All that the President is going to accomplish here is to make Israel even more vulnerable. My advice to the President: Come home and help us bring down the cost of gasoline and forget about signing treaties with Muslims who have no intention of honoring them anyway. MS PRESIDENT? Hillary makes a comeback in New Hampshire. Everyone in the state who wanted a handout voted for her, and that gave her the edge. Exit polls show single mothers, welfare recipients, the unemployed and the elderly voted overwhelmingly for her. These groups are convinced that once Hillary is sworn in she will be able to deliver big bucks to them from taxes collected from intact middle class families. Meanwhile, college age kids who have yet to have taxes taken out of real pay checks voted for Barack Obama.

RELIGION AND CULTURE
MORE ON NEW HAMPSHIRE- I spent several days in New Hampshire leading up to the primary election there. I have met every single Republican candidate and talked at length, at one time or another, to all of them except Rudy Giuliani who just doesn't talk one-on-one with many people . A summary of some of my activities, which you may find of interest, can be found at my political blog at www.gingpac.org. FOUR DEAD PLUS FOUR DEAD - In Washington, DC a mother murdered her four children and then lived in the house with them for weeks. In Alabama a father tossed his four children off of a high bridge. We are separating death from reality in this nation as TV programs like CSI dissect bodies on TV, and liberal Democrats tell us how great it is that 48 million Americans have been murdered by the abortionist's knife. We need a President who will get on the bully pulpit and say enough is enough. I thought George W. Bush was that man, but he has became so distracted by the war in Iraq that his bully pulpit stands vacant most of the time. The nation desperately needs a leader who not only respects human life, but will say so publicly and more than just occasionally.

INTERNATIONAL
BOMBINGS FOR CHRISTMAS - On the two days when the Orthodox Church celebrates Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, four churches and three convents were bombed in two Iraqi cities. Just before the bombings, people in Christian neighborhoods received notices from Al Quaida that they would be bombing churches for Christmas. According to the Bush Administration everything is back to normal in Iraq now and refugees can come home -- that is, if they are Muslims. The bombings occurred primarily in Baghdad and Mosul. More information. WATCH THE VIDEO ON IRAQI CHRISTIANS- Thousands of people have viewed the new video on the persecution of Iraqi Christians that is streaming from the Religious Freedom Coalition Internet site.
